Our story
Founded in 2025, Ascending Thoughts Therapy, PLLC was established to provide an affirming and justice-oriented practice free from criticism, free from psychological jargon, and free from thoughts that do not serve you. Thoughts unchecked can be a hazard to one’s health. This practice was created with the goal to transcend damaging thoughts to effective thoughts that cultivate abundance and ascend one higher. Culturally affirming counseling specializing in work with BIPOC (Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color) and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks that honors clients’ identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.
Life can be hard and sometimes therapy can be too, just keeping it real, but it does not have to remain your narrative and you do not have to navigate it alone. Everyone has a choice to choose change, if they give themselves permission to do so.
What will you give yourself permission to do, say, or believe today?
